RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RayMark Company, LLC offers digital educational products and professional consulting/review services related to billboard ownership and investment.
Digital Products — Level 1 and Level 2
Billboard Ownership Level 1 and Level 2 are digital products delivered electronically after purchase. Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable materials, all sales of Level 1 and Level 2 are final once the digital materials have been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your digital purchase, please contact RayMark Company, LLC and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Level 1 Credit Toward Level 2
Customers who purchase Billboard Ownership Level 1 may apply the full $199 Level 1 purchase price toward a future purchase of Billboard Ownership Level 2, subject to the terms of the offer in effect at the time of the Level 2 purchase. The Level 1 credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for a cash refund.
Billboard Acquisition Review
The Billboard Acquisition Review is a professional service that involves my time reviewing information and documents provided by the customer.
If you need to cancel an Acquisition Review, please contact RayMark Company, LLC as soon as possible. If substantive review work has not yet begun, I may provide a refund or cancellation at my discretion. Once substantive review work has begun, payments for the Acquisition Review are non-refundable.
If I am unable to perform the purchased Acquisition Review, the amount paid for the unperformed service will be refunded.
Educational and Informational Purposes
RayMark Company's billboard ownership materials and Acquisition Review are intended to provide educational information and independent owner/operator analysis. They do not guarantee investment results, billboard availability, financing, permitting approval, advertising revenue, profitability or any particular financial outcome.
